DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. Sizes are way too small.They even provide wrong size guide on their website. Their sizes are not same as the standard sizes. DO NO RELY ON THEIR SIZE GUIDES. Also, the one i ordered is not comfortable to wear and hurts in between my toes. I havent even used the shoes and they cant replace the item due to the “scratches” on the sole. No email confirmation that the shoes was already delivered. VERY DISAPPOINTED on this brand. I had high expectations because it was recommended by an influencer. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. Will just throw away the shoes anyway. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. PRODUCT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. Designs are ok but quality does not even match the price of the items. This is the first time I experienced such bad customer service.

i received my requested size today!! and i couldn’t be more happy.

i initially ordered size 7, and it’s too small for me (my fault tho for not giving allowance cuz my feet is wide). and earlier today, I requested to exchange it to size 9 and they immediately confirm this really for pickup after giving them video of the pair of the shoes.

thank you so much for the patience and amazing cs experience. i’ll definitely buy again!!!! 🌼
