How to order
- Click Add to Cart button if you find items that you love.
- Review your Cart on the upper right side of the website.
- Go back or click the Shop menu if you like to add more items.
- Click Checkout if you're done shopping.
- Fill out the Contact Information Form with your complete details.
- Choose a Shipping and Payment Option.
- Lastly, click on the Place Order button.
Don't forget to check your email - inbox or spam folder for details regarding your order.

Additional 1-3 delivery days for remote areas may be expected.
Please expect a delay during holidays, sale events and inclement weather.
Be assured that we continuously work with our shipping partners to make sure that your order reaches you at the earliest possible.
If you aren’t available to receive your order, the courier driver will send you an SMS or call to confirm if they can leave your package with any authorized recipient at your shipping address. Your authorized recipient will be asked to sign for the package on your behalf.
If you missed the delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. After the final delivery attempt, the courier reserves the right to return your package to us (the shipper).
In some cases, there are separate parcels for orders with 2 or more pairs.
- METRO MANILA - minimal fee of ₱60
- CALABARZON - minimal fee of ₱150
- LUZON / VISAYAS / MINDANAO - minimal fee of ₱180
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY - minimal fee of ₱378
We accept same day delivery/rush shipping via GrabExpress and Lalamove.
Booking and service payment will be c/o customer.

Pick up schedule: Monday - Saturday, 9AM - 5PM.
Just select GrabExpress or Lalamove as shipping option upon Checkout.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
We can get the items delivered to the nearest JRS/LBC branch in your area for pick up.
Simply make a request in your order notes before you click the Checkout button. However, the parcel must be retrieved within 5 days upon arrival.
Unclaimed package, will automatically be returned to us. Returned package will be shipped back once the customer settle another shipping fee.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product (different size, color or style of same amount).
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 7 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want in exchange) to:

Hue is not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Hue.
We highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number. Hue is not responsible for any lost returns.
You are responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Please note that exact colors of merchandise can vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer resolutions. These do not qualify as damaged or defects.
Unfortunately, "final sale" or sale items cannot be refunded and are not eligible for return, exchange or online store credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions including coupons, discounted/free shipping promos and promo codes, cannot be applied to sale items or final sale purchases.
At the moment, we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method. If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 7 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.
*Online store credit will be for the amount paid for the merchandise only and not for shipping charges (including orders qualifying for discounted/free shipping promotions). Discounted/free shipping will apply only at the first original transaction.
