Good customer service! Efficient return process, quick replies

I'm typically a size 8 (foot length 24cm, width 10cm), but the loki 8 was very very tight on me. I asked for a return using the website form, and the transcation went very seamlessly. Replies were quick, process was straightforward, and the customer support rep was very helpful with advising me on the right size. I was able to get a size 10 instead, and it fits well. Feels comfortable so far (sole padding is nice), but I haven't tried walking in them yet. Hopefully they're comfortable in use. If they are, I'll be getting more shoes from hue
