Thanks for shopping at Hue. We’re sorry to find you in this part of the site. We made your shoes with love so you can love them too — but if something didn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Our Commitment
You may return or exchange your order once within 7 days of the original purchase.
Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure:
- Your shoes were purchased within the last 7 days
- They're still in their original packaging
- They are unused or undamaged
- There are no outsole marks or strap creases
Exchanges
You may request an exchange if you:
- Need a different size
- Received the wrong item
- Received a defective product*
We won’t be able to acommodate requests due to:
- Change of color
- Change of style
- Change of mind
- Damages caused by transit, handling, or improper care
But don’t worry — there are special exceptions:
- Change of color is allowed if your size is no longer available in the same color
- Change of style is allowed if your size is no longer available in any color of the same style
Price Difference Policy:
- If the new item is priced lower than the original item, the difference will be waived
- If the new item is priced higher, you’ll need to settle the balance
Not Totally in Love?
If your pair didn’t meet expectations, you have two easy options:

Option A: Return & Get Store Credit
Receive store credit equal to the item's purchase price (excluding shipping fees) for your next purchase. -
Option B: Return & Exchange
Replace your item with another size or style (if eligible) under the terms outlined above.

Note: Our sizes run from 5 to 10. If your needed size falls outside that range, our store credit policy applies.
Defective Products
Defective means something that makes the product unfit for use.
This does not include:
- Incorrect sizing due to fit
- Comfort concerns
- Material preferences
How to Return or Exchange
- Fill out our Return Request Form.
- We’ll email you with next steps and return instructions.
We’ll ship your exchange once we receive the returned item and any applicable shipping fees have been settled.
Please note:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that:
- Have been used
- Have outsole marks or strap creases
- Were not found defective prior to delivery
- Are returned beyond the 7-day eligibility period
Shipping Info
- If you received a defective or wrong item, shipping’s on us
- For all other returns/exchanges, shipping to and from Hue will be shouldered by you
- Always provide accurate delivery details and choose a tracked courier
Hue isn't liable for:
- Losses or damage during transit
- Deliveries returned due to incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses
- Exchanges delivered to the wrong place due to errors in the information provided
Damaged Items
Received a damaged item?
If it’s not a final sale item, message us immediately so we can help.
We offer limited warranty for material or workmanship issues within 30 days of purchase (excluding delivery fees).
Color Disclaimer
We try our best to show real, accurate colors but lighting, screen settings, and photo edits may cause slight variations. Those aren’t considered damages or defects.
Sale Items
Items marked as final sale or part of a clearance promotion are sold as-is. Since these are often last pairs, please note:

Minor imperfections or flaws may be present and could become more noticeable with wear
They are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-returnable
- Not eligible for exchange or store credit
Discounts, free shipping promos, and promo codes do not apply to final sale purchases.
Refunds
We offer cash refunds only if your item is damaged and the same item is no longer available upon return. Please document the damage clearly as you open your package.
If the item is returned in its original condition, we’ll gladly give you store credit (excluding shipping fees).
We do not offer refunds (cash or credit) for:
- Change of mind
- Incomplete payments
- Delays in customer confirmation
- Same-day bookings
- Third-party courier issues
- Or similar cases
In rare approved cases of refund (outside store credit), a 10-15% handling fee will be deducted — this covers logistics, processing, and operational costs.
Discounts and free shipping only apply to your original order.
