Soon! After the ship-out date, you can start counting:

1-3 working days* if your shipping address is in Metro Manila; or
3-5 working days* if it’s anywhere else in Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao.

We do our best to stick to schedule, but please note that delivery may take a little more time if:

1. Your shipping address is in a remote area (additional 1-3 working days); or
2. During holidays, sale events, & inclement weather.

No worries, though! We’re working diligently with our shipping partners to make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible.

Upon shipment, we will give you your tracking number & the link to a website that you can use to track your package.

No worries, your shoes are still on the way. Tracking information usually appears after 24-48 hours from the ship out date. So please try tracking again.

Don’t worry. Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If the final attempt fails, the courier will return your package to us.

This sometimes happens so we made sure to be ready.

If you’re not available to receive your order, the courier will call or send you an SMS to confirm if they can leave your package with any authorized recipient at your shipping address. Your authorized recipient will be asked to sign for the package on your behalf.

For condo or office addresses, customers may have to meet the rider at the lobby. Otherwise, the rider may have to charge an additional parking fee.


Final sale or sale items are sold as is. Given that they are in their last pairs, imperfections or flaws may be present and become more noticeable with use. Therefore, without exception, they are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-returnable
  • Not eligible for exchange
  • Not eligible for conversion into store credit
