HOW TO ORDER
How to order on your website?
1. Click Add to Cart button if you find items that you love.
2. Review your Cart on the upper right side of the website.
3. Go back to Shop or click Continue Shopping if you like to add more items.
4. Click Checkout if you're done shopping.
5. Fill out the Contact Information Form with your complete details.
6. Choose a Shipping and Payment Option.
7. Lastly, click on the Place Order button.
Don't forget to check your email - inbox or spam folder for details regarding your order.
What to do next after placing an order?
Pay for your order within 3 days to avoid cancellation of reservation then, email your proof of payment and requirements sent together with our invoice at payments@hue.ph or fill out our confirm payment form.
It's my first time to order, is safe here?
Definitely! All your information are kept safe and are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL).

How much is your shipping fee?
For shipping within
• METRO MANILA - minimal fee of ₱90
• LUZON / VISAYAS / MINDANAO - minimal fee of ₱180
FREE SHIPPING on orders above ₱1750!
*For regular shipping only.
How long it will take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are.
Delivery period for
• METRO MANILA is 1-3 working days
• LUZON / VISAYAS / MINDANAO is 3-5 working days
Counting begins after ship out date. Excluding Sundays/Holidays.
Additional 1-3 delivery days for remote areas may be expected.
Please expect a delay during holidays, sale events and inclement weather.
Be assured that we continuously work with our shipping partners to make sure that your order reaches you at the earliest possible.
How do i track my order?
No information found when i track my package, what should i do?
Do you accept rush shipping or same day delivery?
Yes we do! Same day delivery via Angkas, Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy etc.
Booking and service payment will be c/o the customer.
*Not valid for free shipping.
Pick up schedule: Monday - Saturday, 9AM - 5PM.
Just select Angkas, Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy etc. as payment option upon Checkout.
What to do if i miss the delivery?
Don't worry! The courier will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times.
If you aren’t available to receive your order, the courier driver will send you an SMS or call to confirm if they can leave your package with any authorized recipient at your shipping address. Your authorized recipient will be asked to sign for the package on your behalf.
After the final delivery attempt, the courier reserves the right to return your package to us (the shipper).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, kindly check JRS or LBC shipping fees from PH to your area.
If you agree with their rates, contact us with the subject - International Shipping Request.
Message us your order (style and size) and location.
Please do not hesitate to suggest some courier with lower international shipping costs.
